40-Hour West Virginia Family Court Mediation Training

West Virginia Family Court Mediation Training (40-Hour Program)

Approved by the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, this program has been offered in 2025 and 2026 and qualifies participants to accept family court mediation referrals. The Court previously approved it, and it was also approved for West Virginia Continuing Legal Education. This hybrid course includes seven online sessions (21 hours) and a two-day in-person intensive (19 hours) held at Blackwater Falls State Park in Davis, WV. The non-refundable deposit is due at registration. We will invoice the balance on July 1, due July 15, 2027.
